Educational Qualification:
Librarian:
- Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
- A Ph.D. Degree in library science / information science / documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping.
- Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
- At least 10 years work experience
Superintendent Engineer: B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. 5 years work experience
Deputy Librarian:
- A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point – scale wherever the grading system is followed.
- A Ph.D. Degree in library science/ information science/ documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping.
- Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library. At least 8 years
Deputy Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale. Five years administrative experience
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): First class Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 5-10 years work experience
Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. 5-7 years of work experience.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): First class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. 5 years of relevant experience.
Sports Officer:
- A Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science with first class (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed). Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC,
- Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or from any equivalent Institute.
- Should qualify in the physical fitness test in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UGC as part of the selection process. 5 years of experience
Deputy Registrar (Deputation):
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale
- Five years administrative experience
Application Fee:
- ₹1,000 (₹950 application fee + ₹50 registration fee) for UR/OBC/EWS candidates.
- No application fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates – only ₹50 registration fee payable.
- Fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted.

Step 2: Pay the application fee online through the payment gateway.
Step 3: Download the filled application form (PDF).
Step 4: Send the hard copy of the downloaded form along with self-attested copies of all testimonials (qualification, experience, age proof, caste/PwBD certificate, etc.) to the following address by July 21, 2026 (5:30 PM):
