Kendriya Vidyalaya NFR Maligaon, Guwahati, has released an official notice inviting applications from eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the engagement of Contractual Teachers on a purely part-time basis for the session 2026-27. 1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics
Essential Qualification: Four-year integrated degree course from an NCTE recognized university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and aggregate (including B.Ed. component), OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject and B.Ed. Degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized institution, OR Three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. with at least 50% marks, OR One-year B.Ed. (Special Education) from RCI with at least 50% marks. Candidates with Post-Graduation in the concerned subject with 55% marks are also eligible provided they have studied the subject at the graduation level.
Additional Requirement: Must have qualified in the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II conducted by CBSE, and have competency to teach through English and Hindi medium.
2. Vocational Instructor
Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks, AND B.Ed. Degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE recognized Institution/University.
Additional Requirement: Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English, and knowledge of Computer Applications.
3. Computer Instructor
Interview Date: 22nd July 2026
Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc. (Electronics with Computer Science component), M.Sc. (IT), or B.Sc. (Computer Science). OR Bachelor's/Master's degree in any Science subject/Mathematics with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University/Institute. OR Postgraduate degree in any subject with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application or 'O' level from DOEACC. OR Postgraduate degree in any subject with minimum 'A' level from DOEACC.
How to Apply:
1. Online Registration: All candidates are required to mandatorily log in to the https://samvida-sathi.kvs.gov.in/ portal and apply for their respective posts as per the qualification mentioned above.
2. Prepare Documents: Candidates must bring a set of self-attested documents in support of their educational qualification, experience, caste, etc., along with the originals for verification.
3. Fill Bio-data: Download the Bio-data Performa from the school website (https://maligaon.kvs.ac.in), fill it correctly, and paste one passport-size coloured photograph. Bring the filled Bio-data Performa to the interview.
4. Attend Interview: Report to the school by 8:30 AM on 22nd July 2026 for the walk-in interview.
