1. Manager (Grade/Scale MM II)- Internal Audit
No of Posts: 2
Age Limit: 24 - 30 years.
Salary: ₹ 64820 -2340 – 67160 -2680 – 93960
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
- Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial institution or any other organization of repute in the areas of internal audit/credit audit with experience in handling preparation and submission of reports by internal/concurrent auditors, audit compliance, analysis and timely submission of audit observations to audit committee, review of scope of internal/concurrent audit and systems/procedures/controls operating within the organization and experience in dealing with RBI on the matters of audit/inspection team (in Scale I or equivalent).
2. Deputy General Manager (Grade/Scale JM I)- Human Resource Management

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration.
- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or) with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2- year full time duration, with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
- Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial institution or any other organization of repute, in the areas of recruitment, performance management, training and development, manpower planning and other HR functions.
3. Deputy General Manager (Grade/Scale JM I)- Administration

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality management, Facilities management or equivalent qualification. Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
- Minimum one year of experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all India financial institution or any other organization of repute, in the areas of housekeeping, property maintenance & insurance, security and general administration functions.
