1. Management Trainee (MT)
No of Posts: 40 posts (including reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in a 3-year full-time degree
- Post-Graduation: MBA/PGDBM/MMS with specialization in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade, OR be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership
Stipend: ₹65,000/month during 1-year training
2. Deputy Manager
No of Posts: 20 posts (including reserved categories)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in a 3-year full-time degree
- Post-Graduation: MBA/PGDBM/MMS with specialization in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade, OR be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership
- For Deputy Manager: Additional 1 year of post-qualification experience in project finance, credit appraisal, or cross-border risk analysis at a reputed bank/financial institution
Pay Scale: Direct appointment in Grade JM-I with same pay scale
Application Fees:
- General/OBC: ₹600
- SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Female: ₹100 (intimation charges only)
- Payment must be made online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI during application.
Age Limit:
- General: 21–28 years
Relaxation:
- SC/ST: Up to 33 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Up to 31 years
- PwBD: Up to 38–43 years (varies by category)
Selection Process:
✅ Online Written Test (2.5 hours, 100 marks – subjective)
- Focus: Financial statements, professional knowledge
✅ Personal Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
✅ Final Merit: 70% weightage to written test + 30% to interview
