SSA Baksa Recruitment 2026:
Samagra Shiksha Assam, Baksa has released a recruitment advertisement for Assistant Teacher posts in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Nagrījuli and Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Awasiya Vidyalaya (NSCBAV), Baksa. The engagement will be on a contractual basis for 11 months.

Samagra Shiksha Baksa Vacancy Details:
1. Assistant Teacher (M.Sc. Royal) – Assamese Medium
Vacancy: 1
School: KGBV, Nagrījuli
Category: Female candidates only
Salary: ₹23,000/month for TET-qualified candidates and ₹21,000/month for non-TET candidates
Qualification: Master's Degree in Science (Royal) from a recognized university with B.Ed.
- Higher Secondary TET qualification will be preferred.
- Teaching experience at UP/HS/HSS level will be preferred where applicable.
2. Assistant Teacher (Education) – Bodo Medium
Vacancy: 1
School: KGBV, Nagrījuli
Category: Female candidates only
Salary: ₹23,000/month for TET-qualified candidates and ₹21,000/month for non-TET candidates
Qualification: Master's Degree in Education from a recognized university with B.Ed.
- Higher Secondary TET qualification and teaching experience at UP/HS/HSS level will be preferred.
3. Assistant Teacher (Hindi)
Vacancy: 1
School: NSCBAV, Baska Block
Category: Male/Female
Salary: ₹19,000/month
Qualification: Master's Degree with Hindi Praveen from a recognized university with B.Ed.
Higher Secondary TET qualification and teaching experience at UP/HS/HSS level will be preferred.
Other Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: 18 to 45 years as on 1 January 2026.
Age Relaxation: SC, ST(P), ST(H) and PH candidates will get an additional 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit as per the mentioned Assam Government order.
BTR District Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the BTR district against each post.
The Assistant Teacher (Full Time) will have to reside in the school-cum-hostel campus during working days and holidays.
