1. Assistant Manager (HR)
No of Posts: 03
Age Limit: 32 Years (as on 22.07.2026)
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Labour Legislation, Wage & Salary Administration, Legal matters, RTI, Disciplinary matters, HR Accounting, HR Audit, Performance Management, etc. Preference for experience in SAP HR, HR Dashboard, and MS-Excel.
2. DGM (Civil – Tunnel Construction Expert)

Age Limit: 41 Years (as on 22.07.2026)
Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 11 years of experience in Tunnel Construction supervision and management. For candidates from Central/State Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Organizations: should have worked for at least 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹60,000-1,80,000 or CDA level 11 of 7th CPC. For Private Sector candidates: Annual CTC of at least ₹23.94 LPA.
3. DGM (Transport Economist)

Age Limit: 41 Years (as on 22.07.2026)
Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (4 Years) / B.Arch (5 Years) / B.Planning (4 Years) AND Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Management (Finance)/Transport Engineering/Transport Planning/Transport Economics/Traffic Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 11 years of experience in Traffic & Transport studies, including transportation plans, transport economics, Comprehensive Mobility Plans, Mass Transit Studies, Transport Planning, Economic & Financial Analysis. Well-versed in professional consulting requirements, IT-database handling, and analysis using computer software.
4. DGM (Civil – Marine Structural Expert)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 41 Years (as on 22.07.2026)
Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering AND Post Graduation in Marine Structures or Coastal Engineering or Ocean Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 11 years of experience, out of which 7 years of experience in design and construction of marine structures including breakwater, revetment/shore protection works, dredging and reclamation, berths, piling, etc.
