Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, Assam has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates to recruit 09 Financial Management & Accounting Expert, City Project Manager-Municipal Civil Engineer, City Project Manager MIS Specialist and City Project Manager -Municipal Finance Specialist Vacancies to work in the State Level Technical Cell of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Housing for All-Urban.

1. Financial Management & Accounting Expert
No of posts: 01
Age Limit: 27 to 45 Years.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate or graduate in finance of CA from a recognized university.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Municipal finance. Experience in evaluating urban infrastructure investments and helping city governments to use a range of options for financing projects. Having knowledge of SNA SPARSH/DBT. Experience to advise and train staff in municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization, and public-private partnerships. Ability to work in a team and train staff to use the systems.
2. City Project Manager- Municipal Civil Engineer
No of posts: 03
Age Limit: 27 to 45 Years.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate or graduate degree in Engineering (Civil)
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations, private company reputation, experience in procurement design, and supervision of infrastructure works. Ability to assist ULBs in setting standards and monitoring compliance. Prior experience as a municipal engineer will be an added advantage. Fluency in the local language is essential.
3. City Project Manager, MIS Specialist

Age Limit: 27 to 45 Years.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate/B. Tech Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics of MCA/PGDCA.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute. Experience in software development and database management. Fluency in the local language is essential.
4. City Project Manager -Municipal Finance Specialist

Age Limit: 27 to 45 Years.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/graduate degree in Finance/BBA or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of work experience in government/semi-govt./autonomous organizations/private company of repute. Skills to evaluate urban infrastructure investments and help city governments to examine and use a range of options for financing projects. Fluency in the local language is essential.
