Educational Qualification:
TGT (Hindi, Sanskrit, Health Wellness, English, Maths, Social Science, Science):
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from a University recognised by the Govt of India/UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 50% marks in the subject and 50% in aggregate, including electives and languages in the relevant combination.
Specific subject combinations:
- TGT (Sanskrit): Sanskrit as an elective at Degree level.
- TGT (Hindi): Hindi as an elective at Degree level.
- TGT (English): English as an elective at Degree level.
- TGT (Social Studies): Any two of History, Geography, Economics, or Political Science (one must be History or Geography).
- TGT (Maths): Maths with any two of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- TGT (Science): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology (any three studied)
- TGT (Health Wellness): Diploma in Counselling, BA/BSc Psychology with Educational/Counselling Psychology, or MA/MSc in Counselling Psychology.
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent from a recognised institution (not mandatory for TGT Computers, Music, Games, Drawing, and Health Wellness).
- Fluency in English (except for TGT Hindi and Sanskrit).
Desirable: Knowledge of MS Office, Hindi proficiency, CTET/STET qualification.
TGT (Special Educator):
- Graduate with B.Ed (Special Education).
- B.Ed (General) with a one-year Diploma in Special Education.
- B.Ed (General) with two-year Diploma in Special Education.
- B.Ed (General) with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPC).
- B.Ed Special Education with PGPC.
- PG Diploma in Special Education (Mental Retardation, Multiple Disability, Locomotor Impairment, Cerebral Palsy).
- Secondary level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment.
- Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.
- BA B.Ed in Visual Impairment.
PRT:
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor's in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- OR Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
- OR Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed with a 6-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education from an NCTE-recognised institution.
- Fluency in English.
PRT (Drawing):
- Diploma in Drawing and Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Art from a recognised institution.
- OR 4-year Diploma in Fine Arts and Crafts from Viswa Bharati, Shanti Niketan.
- OR Diploma in Fine Arts from Govt. School of Arts and Crafts, Patna.
- OR M.A. in Drawing and Painting from Agra University.
- OR Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts from Regional Colleges of Education.
- Fluency in English.
NTT:
- Senior Secondary with Nursery Teachers Training diploma or Diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-Primary Teachers Training or Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognised institution (preference for Nursery/Montessori training).
- Fluency in English.

Age Limit:
Candidates should be between 21 to 50 years as of 01 July 2025.
Age Relaxation:
- Women candidates and physically challenged candidates: Up to a maximum of 5 years.
- Ex-servicemen with at least 6 months of continuous service: Deduction of service period from actual age, provided the resultant age does not exceed the maximum limit by more than 3 years.
- Candidates with prior service (2 years as PGT/TGT or 3 years as PRT/NTT) in any Air Force School: Relaxation up to the extent of such service.
