1. Associate Manager – Finance & Accounting
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as of March 31, 2026
Remuneration: Up to ₹1,50,000 per month (negotiable)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate degree in Economics / CA / ICWA / ICMA
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in operational departments of any Bank, SFB, Financial Institution, or NBFC
Desirable: Basic understanding of the Indian MSME ecosystem and interest subvention schemes
2. Office Manager
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as of March 31, 2026
Remuneration: Up to ₹1,50,000 per month (negotiable)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in operational or accounts departments with any Bank, FI, NBFC, or CA firm
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, e-procurement portals, and AI tools
Desirable: Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance)
3. Associate Manager – E-Mobility
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of March 31, 2026
Remuneration: Up to ₹2,50,000 per month (negotiable)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Communication, Energy, Transport Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Minimum 5 years in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and related infrastructure (batteries, charging infra, EV manufacturing)
- Experience with national/international agencies (UN, World Bank, ADB, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge of transport policies, regulations, and emissions norms
Desirable: MBA or Post graduation in Energy, ESG, Sustainability, or Environment
4. Associate Manager – Renewable Energy
No of Posts: 1
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of March 31, 2026
Remuneration: Up to ₹2,50,000 per month (negotiable)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Power, or Renewable Energy Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydropower, biomass, or hybrid)
Desirable: M.Tech / MBA (Power/Energy Management) / M.Sc. in Renewable Energy
5. Associate Manager – Procurement

6. Associate Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Energy & Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Climate Change, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years in sustainable development, energy efficiency, or climate change
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with multilateral/bilateral agencies or climate funds (GCF, KfW, AfD, ADB, JICA, etc.)
Desirable: Postgraduate in Environment, Energy, Climate Change, or related fields
