1. Head (Catering)

No of Posts: 1

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for all posts is 45 years as of the last date of registration (23rd March 2026).

Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 per annum.

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.

Desirable: Specialized certificate/diploma in the relevant field (e.g., Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office Management). Good verbal communication skills in English are preferred.

Experience: 7 years in the Service Industry, with at least 2 years in the specific domain (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, or Front Desk/Concierge) in a hotel/resort of minimum 3-star rating. Experience in higher-star rated hotels is preferred.

2. Head (Housekeeping)

No of posts: 1

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for all posts is 45 years as of the last date of registration (23rd March 2026).

Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 per annum.

Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.

5. Head (Training & Diving)

No of Posts: 1

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for all posts is 45 years as of the last date of registration (23rd March 2026).

Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 per annum.

Educational Qualification: Trade Certificate as a Diver from the Indian Navy OR a Certified Diver from PADI. (Indian Navy certification is preferred).

Mandatory Certificates (to be submitted before joining):
  • Valid Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate and Diving Medical Certificate (from an ONGC-approved or IMCA-listed physician).
  • Valid Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET) certification.
  • Certified Basic Lifeguard and Basic First Aid courses.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Conducting/Instructing HUET Training at Indian Navy Training Centers, OPITO Accredited BOSIET/HUET centers, or DG Shipping/OPITO Accredited sea survival facilities.

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting: Applications will be shortlisted based on experience (preference for 5-star/4-star hotel experience) and a weightage system for qualifications (85% marks) and specialized diplomas (15% marks).
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (physical or online), carrying 30 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 18 (60%).
  • Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in Qualification, Experience, and Interview.
