Remuneration:
- Total monthly package: ₹88,000 (consolidated)
- Honorarium: ₹40,000 (80% paid monthly, 20% post-performance review)
- Conveyance reimbursement: ₹13,000
- Office-at-home reimbursement: ₹13,000
- Communication allowance: ₹2,000
- North East compensation: ₹20,000
Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired ONGC executives from E4–E5 levels with at least 5 years of experience in:
- Drilling/Workover operations OR Production/Surface installations
Age Limit:
Must be below 64 years as of 08.06.2026 (DOB between 09.06.1961 and 08.06.1966). Must be medically fit as per ONGC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, train, and monitor PMIS interns.
- Maintain daily attendance and submit reports.
- Arrange safety gear (PPE kits) for field interns.
- Coordinate logistics, accommodation, and other intern needs.
Selection Process:
- Walk-in written test and interview on 24 September 2025.
- Venue: ONGC Officers Club, Cinnamara, Jorhat-785008.
- Evaluation based on ONGC experience, qualifications, written test, and interview.
- No TA/DA provided for the interview.
