Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary (10+2) passed from a recognized board
- Computer Diploma/Certificate Course of minimum 6 months duration from a government-recognized institution.
Age Limit:
- General Category: Up to 40 years
- OBC/MOBC: Up to 43 years (3 years relaxation)
- SC/ST: Up to 45 years (5 years relaxation)

Interested candidates must submit the prescribed Assam Gazette Part-IX Standard Form along with self-attested copies of educational certificates, mark sheets, computer diploma/certificate, age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, and two recent passport-size photographs to the Office of the Foreigners Tribunal, Chirang, Kajalgaon (Santipara), Near DTO Office, District Chirang, Assam.
