1. Manager/Assistant Manager

No of Posts: N/A

Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Salary:
  • Manager: Up to INR 100,000 per month(Consolidated)
  • Assistant Manager: Up to INR 75,000 per month(Consolidated)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
  • MTech/MBA/PGDM or an equivalent master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Marketing/Technology, or Entrepreneurship from a recognized institute, with relevant experience in technology commercialization, supporting incubators, and the assessment and evaluation of startup projects. Experience in the startup ecosystem will be preferred. 
  • Minimum years of relevant experience for Manager: 5 years
  • Minimum years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager: 3 years

2. Program Executive/Associate- Fundraising / Marketing

No of Posts: N/A

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Salary: Up to INR 40,000 to INR 60,000 per month (consolidated).

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Program Executive-Fundraising:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in business administration, science & technology, economics, social work or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, CSR funds, government grants, and other funding sources is desirable.
Program Executive-Marketing:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & program promotion, preferably in the start-up or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Strong communication, branding, and event management skills.
