Age Limit (as of 01.04.2026):
- Scale I Posts: Generally 22–32 years (Security Officer: 30–45 years).
- Scale II Posts: Generally 23–34 years (Marketing/HR up to 35 years).
- Scale III Posts: Generally 25–37 years (varies by post, e.g., Climate Risk max 35 years).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualification:
- IT Posts: B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc Computer Science. Mandatory certifications (like CCNA, CISSP, Oracle, VMware) and 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience required.
- Credit/Finance: MBA (Finance) or CA/ICMA/CFA. 2–4 years of experience in corporate credit/finance in scheduled banks or rating agencies.
- Risk Management: CA/CFA or Master’s in Math/Stats/Finance. 3–5 years of experience in risk modeling, validation, or management.
- Treasury/Forex: Graduate with MBA (Finance) preferred. 3 years of experience in forex/treasury dealing in banks/financial institutions.
- Wealth Management: MBA with specialization in Marketing/Wealth Management. Mandatory NISM & IRDAI certifications. 2 years of client-facing wealth management experience.
- HR: PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management. 2 years of HR experience in banks/PSUs/corporates.
- Marketing: MBA with specialization in Marketing. 3 years of marketing experience in banks/NBFCs. Digital marketing certifications preferred.
- Security: JCO (Army/Navy/Air Force) with 5 years service OR Police Inspector with 5 years service.
- Civil Engineer/Architect: B.E. Civil/B.Arch with valid CoA registration. 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Pay Scale & Benefits:
Selected candidates will be placed in the respective scales with attractive emoluments:
- Scale I (Assistant Manager): ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
- Scale II (Manager): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- Scale III (Senior Manager): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
Additional Perks: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Leased Accommodation, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Aid, Retirement Benefits, and other industry-level settlements.
Sports Qualification:
- Officer: Must have represented the country in international competitions.
- Clerk: Must have been a member of the Combined Universities Team, a University team (top 3 in Inter-University), or a District team (top 3 in Inter-District).
Selection Process:
The bank may choose one of the following modes based on the number of applications:
Option 1: Shortlisting + Interview
- Direct interview based on application screening.
Option 2: Online Test + Interview
✅Online Test Structure:
- English Language: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
- Professional Knowledge: 60 Questions (120 Marks)
- Reasoning: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
- Total: 120 Questions, 180 Marks, 2 Hours.
Final Merit: If both the test and the interview are held, the weightage is 80% for the test and 20% for the interview. If only an interview, it is 100% interview score.
Note: There is a penalty of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer in the online test.
Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (Intimation Charges)
- Others (UR/OBC/EWS): ₹1000 (Application Fee)
