Scale of Pay: Rs 37,300.00- 1,12,000.00, GP: Rs 14,200.00.
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager (Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology, Instrumentation, Civil): Full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in the respective discipline from an AICTE-approved University/Institution. The course duration should be a minimum of 4 years after HSLC or equivalent, or 3 years after a full-time Diploma, or a 2+2+2 years Engineering course. Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying B.E./B.Tech examination is required.
- Assistant Manager (Human Resource): 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM degree with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations from an AICTE/UGC-approved Institution. Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying MBA/PGDM examination is required.
Nationality and Domicile:
- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. Proof of residency: Valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes, OR Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years (up to 43 years)
- OBC/MOBC candidates: 3 years (up to 41 years)
- PwBD candidates: 10 years (irrespective of category)
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years for UR, with further relaxation for OBC/MOBC (up to 53 years) and SC/ST (up to 55 years).
- For Assistant Manager (HR) only: Departmental candidates up to 45 years.
