Oil India Recruitment 2026:
The Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department, Assam has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 02 Contractual Electrician and Contractual Associate Engineer (Electrical) posts.
Oil India Vacancy Details:
1. Contractual Electrician
No of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: ₹21,450 per month, plus a variable emolument of ₹825 per working day.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 10th from a recognized board, completed a 2-year Electrician Trade Certificate from NCVT/SCVT, and hold a valid Electrical Workman's Permit (Part I & II) issued by the Government Electrical Licensing Board. Candidates also need at least 2 years of post-qualification electrical work experience.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
2. Contractual Associate Engineer (Electrical)
No of Posts: 01
Scale of Pay: ₹24,960 per month, along with ₹960 per working day.
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Board/University and a valid Electrical Supervisor's Certificate of Competency (Part I, II, III & IV). At least 2 years of post-qualification electrical work experience is required. Part VIII of the Supervisor's Certificate is desirable.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a Walk-in Personal Assessment of 100 marks. Candidates must secure at least 50 marks to qualify. Assessment will consider professional knowledge and skills, allied-discipline knowledge, personal attributes and soft skills. Final selection will be based on merit among candidates securing the qualifying marks.

Candidates may appear for the walk-in interview on 7 October 2026 at Duliajan Club, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, with registration from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
