SSA Udalguri has recently announced an employment notification for the recruitment of Various Assistant Teachers Positions.

Last Date: 6/11/2023.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates of the BTC area for engagement in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya-III (Residential School for Girls) of Udalguri District against the 15 Full Time Assistant Professor Vacancies. 

The engagement will be purely contractual for a period of 11 months as the KGBVs-III are Residential, all the candidates have to reside in the School or Hostal Campus except during Vacation When KGBV students are allowed to go home.

• Full-Time Assistant Teacher (Home Science): 01
• Full-Time Assistant Teacher (Travel & Tourism): 01

Fixed remuneration per month: Rs. 22,000.00 per month for TET Qualified Rs. 20,000.00 per month for Non-TET

Qualification & Experience:

• For TET Qualified Candidates: Master's Degree from a recognized university in Physics/Maths/Chemistry/BODO(MIL)/ Assamese(MIL)/Economics/History/Political Science/Home Science/Travel & Tourism/Environmental Science/ Sociology/Geography with B. Ed. and Higher Secondary TET Qualified.
• For Non-TET Qualified Candidates: Master's Degree from a recognized university in Physics/Maths/Chemistry/BODO(MIL)/ Assamese(MIL)/Economics/History/Political Science/Home Science/Travel & Tourism/Environmental Science/ Sociology/Geography with B. Ed.
• Preference: Experience in teaching at the UP/HS/HSS level.

Age Limit: Age not more than 45 years.

Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit will be applicable for SC. ST (P), ST (H), OBC, and PH for 5 years as per Govt of Assam 0M No. ABP 06/2016/04 dated 03-03-2016. If non-TET candidates are selected, they will have to qualify for higher secondary TET within 3 consecutive TETs.

• The list of shortlisted candidates and venue for documents verification cum interview will be displayed on the Notice Board at 0/0 the undersigned on 10.11.2023.
