The Commissioner of Panchayat & Rural Development (PNRD), Assam, has invited online applications from eligible and intending candidates to recruit 03 Senior State Program Managers, State Program Executives, and Quality Control Officers on a contractual/temporary basis under the Commissionerate of Panchayat & Rural Development.

1. Senior State Program Manager (MGNREGA)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: M. Tech (Computer Science/IT/Civil/Electronics and Communication) or M.E (Computer Science/IT/Civil/Electronics and Communication) or MBA (HR/Finance) with excellent Computer knowledge.
Work Experience: Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Managerial Cadre in any public sector/reputed private sector, along with excellent knowledge of IT.
Language: Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is mandatory.
Remuneration: Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 82,500/- + applicable allowances will be provided
Age Limit: 45 years as on 01-01-2025
2. State Program Executive (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: M.com/MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounting from a recognized Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-educational qualification working experience in the industry, government sector, or rural development works in a similar job profile with adequate computer knowledge. Candidates should have good knowledge in finance software like Finacle, Fintech, and Sparsh.
Language: Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is mandatory.
Remuneration: Rs. 55,000/- + applicable allowances will be provided
Age Limit: 40 years as on 01-01-2025
3. Quality Control Officer
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized university with a minimum 60%
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience (having at least 1 year of work experience in Rural Development works/projects)
Language: Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is mandatory.
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- + applicable allowances will be provided
Age Limit: 40 years as on 01-01-2025
