Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
• English as a subject at SSC/HSSC/Intermediate/Graduation level.
• Certificate of passing required at the time of the Regional Language Test.

Age (as on July 31, 2025):

• Range: 21–30 years (born between July 31, 1995, and July 31, 2004).

Age Relaxations:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years (max 45 years)
• Widows/Divorced Women: 5 years
• Existing OICL Employees: 5 years

Note: SC/ST/OBC relaxations are cumulative with only one other category.

Selection Process:

1. Tier I - Preliminary Exam:

• Objective test (English Language, Reasoning, Numerical Ability).
• Duration: 1 hour.
• Qualifying in nature; shortlists candidates for Tier II.

2. Tier II - Main Exam:

• Objective test (250 marks, 2 hours):
• English Language
• Reasoning
• Numerical Ability
• Computer Knowledge
• General Awareness
• Minimum score required; used for final merit.

3. Regional Language Test: Qualifying test for candidates applying outside their domiciled State/UT.

4. Final Selection: Based on Main Exam scores, subject to qualifying the Regional Language Test and medical fitness.

Note:

• Penalty for wrong answers: 1/4th mark deducted per incorrect answer.
• Scores may be normalized across sessions.
• Final merit list prepared state-wise and category-wise.

Application Fee:

• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹100 (Intimation Charges)
• Others: ₹850 (Application Fee + Intimation Charges)
• Payable via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking; transaction charges borne by the candidate.
