DSWO Kamrup Metro Recruitment 2026:
The District Social Welfare Officer, Kamrup Metro has released an advertisement for the recruitment of various posts at Sakhi Niwas, Kamrup Metro under Mission Shakti. The recruitment is purely temporary and contractual.

DSWO Kamrup Metro Vacancy Details:
1. Sakhi Niwas Manager
No. of Posts: 1
Monthly Remuneration: ₹17,500/- (Fixed)
Qualification: Graduate in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in running such hostels.
Other Requirement: The Manager must live at the hostel and provide overall supervision for its smooth functioning.
2. Warden
No. of Posts: 1
Monthly Remuneration: ₹17,000/- (Fixed)
Qualification: Graduate with proficiency in computer operations.
Preference: Candidates having experience in handling women-related laws, policies and programmes will be preferred.
3. Caretaker
No. of Posts: 3
Monthly Remuneration: ₹8,500/- (Fixed)
Qualification: Higher Secondary/10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
Experience: 2 years' experience as a Caretaker of a building and supervision of work of Multi-Tasking Staff or equivalent staff.
4. Security Guard
No. of Posts: 3
Monthly Remuneration: ₹8,000/- (Fixed)
Experience: At least 2 years' experience working as a security personnel in a government or reputed organization at District/State level.
Preference: Retired military/para-military personnel will be preferred.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not more than 38 years old as on 01 January 2026.
Candidates must also provide their personal working phone number and Email ID in the application form.
Selection Process:
The shortlisted candidates will be informed through their personal Email IDs mentioned in the application form.
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview on the date and venue communicated through email.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection/interview.
