1. Front Desk Executive [on contract basis], Vishranta- The Dibrugarh University Guest House
No of Posts: 1
Salary: Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 18,246/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Six) only per month.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
Desirable:
- Having experience of 01 year in relevant field.
- Having a pleasing personality with good communication and public relation skills.
- Having proficiency in Computer Application.
2. Assistant Supervisor [on contract basis], Day Care Centre, Dibrugarh University
No of Posts: 1
Salary: Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 18,246/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Six) only per month.
Minimum Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and
- Having minimum 02 years working experience in any reputed Preschool/ Kindergarten or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Having a Certificate/ Diploma in Montessori Teachers’ Training from a recognized Institute.
- Having knowledge in Computer Applications, Child Psychology, First Aid and Safety and also having good communication skill in English and Assamese.
3. Laboratory Assistant, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences
No of Posts: 2
Salary: Rs. 31,400/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred only) per month
Minimum Qualification: B.Pharm./ B.Sc.
Desirable:
- Diploma in Computer Application
- Minimum 01 (one) year working experience in relevant field.
4. Library Assistant, Lakshminath Bezbaroa Library (LNB Library)

Salary: Rs. 31,400/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred only) per month
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in Library and Information Science
Desirable:
- Master of Library and Information Science.
- Having minimum 02 (two) years of working experience in relevant field, including cataloguing, circulation, classification and digital library works.
- Having proficient knowledge in Computer Applications, Library Automation Software, KOHA, D-Space, SOUL, RFID, OPAC or Digital Repository System.
5. Grounds Man, Dibrugarh University Sports Board

Salary: Rs. 19,200/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred only) per month
Minimum Qualification: HSLC passed
Desirable:
- Having minimum 01 (one) year experience in similar field.
- Having proficient knowledge in maintaining lawns, fields and grounds.
- Having proficiency in operating groundkeeping equipment such as tractors, power mowers and lawn mowers (Practical Interview will be conducted on these areas).
6. Laboratory Helper (Physics), Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering & Technology (DUIET)

For Front Desk Executive and Assistant Supervisor posts, candidates can attend the walk-in interview on 2nd June 2026 at Dibrugarh University with the required documents and a registration fee of ₹300.
