1. Executive Trainee (IT)
No of Posts: 7
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Information Technology/Computer Science from AICTE/appropriate statutory approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned University/Institution.
2. Executive Trainee (Mining)
No of Posts: 8
Educational Qualification: Full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology in Mining Engineering from an AICTE /appropriate statutory approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned University/Institution.
3. Executive Trainee (Chemical)
No of Posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Chemical Engineering from AICTE/appropriate statutory approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks OBC(NCL) & 60% marks (SC/ST) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formula of the concerned University/Institution.
Age Limit and Relaxation:
The crucial date for calculating age and other eligibility criteria is the closing date of application, which is 10th April 2026. OBC-NCL candidates are eligible for age relaxation of 3 years. SC and ST candidates are eligible for relaxation of 5 years. For PwBD candidates, the relaxation is 10 years for UR, 13 years for OBC-NCL, and 15 years for SC or ST candidates. Ex-servicemen and domiciles of Jammu and Kashmir are also eligible for applicable age relaxation as per government guidelines. There is no upper age limit for departmental candidates of DVC.
Compensation Package and Bond:
- Selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs. 56,100 to 1,77,500 in Pay Matrix Level 10, as per the 7th Pay Revision, during the one-year probation period. Upon successful completion of probation, they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager on the same scale. The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Central Dearness Allowance, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Allowance, NPS, Vehicle Allowance, and HRA, among other benefits.
- Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond. The bond amount is Rs. 5,00,000 for General, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates, and Rs. 2,50,000 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, plus applicable interest. They must serve the organization for a minimum of four years, including the one-year probation period.

Candidates belonging to General/ OBC(NCL) / EWS categories are required to pay a Non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 300/-(RupeesThree Hundred Only) through Online mode only. The bank charges as applicable have to be borne by the candidates.
