1. Faculty
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts) / Postgraduate. Preference will be given to candidates with MSW / MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Agri. Marketing) / B.A. with B.Ed.
Other Requirements: Flair for teaching, sound computer knowledge, excellent communication skills in local language, fluency in English & Hindi.
Age: 22–40 years (sound health required)
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000/- increasing by ₹2,000/- annually up to ₹40,000/- Annual performance incentive of ₹2,000/-
2. Office Assistant
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with Computer Knowledge. Knowledge in Basic Accounting is preferred.
Other Requirements: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, Internet; fluent in local language (spoken & written); typing skills in local language.
Age: 22–40 years (sound health required)
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000/- increasing by ₹1,500/- annually up to ₹27,500/- Annual performance incentive of ₹1,500/-
3. Watchman/Gardener
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification: 7th Standard Pass. Experience in agriculture/gardening/horticulture preferred.
Age: 22–40 years (sound health required)
Monthly Salary: ₹12,000/- increasing by ₹800/- annually up to ₹16,000/- Annual performance incentive of ₹800/-
