Educational Qualification:
For Process Server:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must have knowledge of the official language of Assam (Assamese).
For Driver:
- HSLC passed
- Other Requirements: Must hold a valid driving license for LMV/four-wheeler vehicles
For Peon:
- Minimum class VIII passed; those who have passed HSSLC (Class XII) or above shall be ineligible to apply.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per existing government rules.
How to Apply for Charaideo Judiciary Recruitment ?
1. Use the Standard Application Form (as per Assam Gazette Part-IX).
2. Write neatly in block letters using black or blue ball pen.
3. Write your phone number and email address at the top of the form in red ink.
Attach self-attested copies of:
- Age proof
- Educational certificates
- Caste certificate (OBC/MOBC)
- Up-to-date Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
- Experience certificate (if applicable)
- Include two recent passport-size colored photographs signed on the back.
4. Drop the application in the Drop Box at the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo, Sonari, Pin Code–785690, Assam.
5. Applications sent by post/courier must also reach the drop box by the deadline.
